This is useful to flyers planning an outing or event:

Click on the map near your area of interest.  Another page with a regional map appears.  Click your location of interest.  A page opens with a smaller map,  a summary forecast, various sections with information and various links.  You can get hourly forecasts, tabular data reports and other information.  Scroll down to the boxes of links and click 3 Day History or  Tabular Forecast.  You can click and drag on the small map to locate an exact spot, use the wheel to enlarge, then double click to get a similar page for that exact spot.  You can use this to explore the weather within a day trip distance from home.  Try the different links to see what else is there.
